Refund policy

1. What you are buying

A Featured Listing subscription costs $29 per month per shop. The first month is free; the paid period begins after that free month ends, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

2. The free month

You are not charged during the first month. We ask for a payment method at signup so the subscription can start if you keep it.

Cancel before the free month ends and you will never be charged.

3. Cancelling

You may cancel anytime from your owner dashboard, or by emailing DTFoster1060@gmail.com or calling (863) 365-8822.

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops every future charge. Your listing stays featured until the end of the period you already paid for, and your shop's edited details remain on the site.

No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call required.

4. Refunds

If you are charged in error — for example you cancelled before the renewal date, were charged twice, or were charged after the shop's claim was removed — contact us and we will refund the charge in full.

If a monthly charge has already been used (your shop was featured during that month), that month is generally not refundable. Tell us the situation anyway: we review every request individually and will refund where the service was not delivered.

Send refund requests to DTFoster1060@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge, with the shop name and town so we can find the account.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Disputes

Contact us first — most problems are fixed in one email. If you believe a charge is wrong and we cannot resolve it, you may also raise the charge with your card issuer or payment provider.
